Welcome to Touch Feel by Gaurav Prints. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.touchfeel.co.in (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing, registering, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Touch Feel by Gaurav Prints, and "you" and "your" refer to the user or customer.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian) and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products

  • We sell hand block printed textiles and home décor products, including bedsheets, dohars, quilts, bedcovers, kids' products, table linen, and related items.

  • Because our products are hand block printed by hand on natural cotton, slight variations in colour, print placement, and minor irregularities are natural characteristics of the craft and are not defects.

  • Product images are for representation. Actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and your screen settings.

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product details, sizes, and availability accurately, but do not warrant that all information is error-free or that items are always in stock.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed and paid for.

  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By paying, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your full card or banking details.

  • In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or issues with payment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp.

5. Customization Orders

  • Customization services — including fitted-size bedsheets and name / monogram embroidery — are made to order based on the details you provide (such as measurements or the name to be embroidered).

  • You are responsible for providing accurate details. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.

  • Customized items require additional production time and, being made to order, are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has begun. Please see our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or force majeure events.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns and refunds are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects, subject to the process and time limits set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, prints, logos, the "Touch Feel by Gaurav Prints" name and trademark, images, text, and graphics — is the property of Touch Feel by Gaurav Prints or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content, prints, or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's security or functionality

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems

  • Copy, scrape, or misuse our content, product designs, or images

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these Terms.

The Site relies on and may link to third-party services (such as Shopify, Razorpay, courier partners, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Our products and the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products.

  • Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Touch Feel by Gaurav Prints and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government actions, or internet/technical failures.
